Advocates who represent claimants in disability claims are frequently called
upon to help them with eligibility questions following a favorable medical
determination. This two-hour workshop will focus on “non-disability issues”
involving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) claims that are not generally
covered elsewhere, including income and resource rules, as well as living
arrangements. Information learned in this session will enable advocates to
better assist claimants in maximizing their benefits.
