This session will provide the substantive law regarding entitlement and
calculation of fee, the practical knowledge and materials needed to successfully
obtain attorney's fees in cases eligible for fee shifting, as well addressing
some of the ethical issues that arise in these cases.

The session is also available to private attorneys who are co-counseling cases with legal services organizations, but the session must be requested be a legal services organization.
